I just wrapped up a four-night stay at The Grand Hotel, and honestly, it was a blast. The staff treated me like family, which made the whole experience really special. Everything was super clean and tidy, and I loved the atmosphere. However, I did have a bit of confusion with an annex room I booked across the street that wasn't as expected, which somewhat dampened my experience.
